Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! If you have an idea or a piece you want transformed, reach out HERE. We’ll let you know if it’s something we can bring to life.

What makes Dazed & Reused sustainable?

Every piece is handmade or upcycled from secondhand, donated, or recycled materials. Nothing mass-produced, nothing new, nothing wasteful.

What do you do with fabric scraps?

We save everything. Larger scraps become patchwork pieces or small accessories, and the tiniest bits get used for stuffing, quilting, or patch making. Our goal is to keep as much as possible out of landfills.

Are all pieces handmade?

Yes! Every item is sewn, upcycled, or reimagined by hand. That means no two pieces will ever be exactly alike — which is part of the magic.

How does sizing work?

Because every piece is made from reclaimed fabrics and garments, sizing can vary from item to item. We list measurements on each product so you can shop confidently. If you ever need help understanding measurements or want guidance on comparing them to your own clothing, just reach out. We’re always happy to help you find the best fit!

Do you collaborate with other artists or organizations?

Yes! We love community partnerships. We’re currently working to support local conservation efforts and hope to expand collaborations as we grow.

How do I care for my garment?

Upcycled clothing deserves gentle love. We recommend cold washing, air drying, and avoiding harsh chemicals or high heat. Some delicate pieces may include special care instructions in your package.

How often do you release new pieces?

As a slow-fashion brand (with the planet in mind), we work at a mindful pace. New drops happen when they’re ready. Thoughtfully curated, intentionally made, and never rushed.

Where do you source your materials?

Everywhere we can! Thrift stores, flea markets, local donations, and textile recycling. Using what already exists is at the heart of our mission.
